On March 5, 2009 and subsequently the Discipline Panel and Ethics Commission Chair found a breach of rules and crimes with malice and bad faith by the former IIR trainers: Mr. Brett King and Mr Geoff Baring:

This commission chairman issued a conviction of them for breaching all of the following laws and ethical rules

• Hong Kong Criminal Law - Under HK Laws. Chap 200 Crimes Ordinance, Section 73, anyone who knowingly used false documents with the intention of inducing somebody to accept it as genuine, "is liable for a 14 years imprisonment term". Section 76 outlines that anyone who make or possess machines that creates false documents are also liable for 14 years jail time.[20]  
• Ethics Rules of the membership constitution of the professional board by attempting to personally profit from the goodwill of members and  candidates as a servant of the organization by selling fake qualifications for cash to individuals through a offshore piracy and a counterfeiting scheme in contravention of agreed legal policy and laws of various countries.

The code of ethics sections (3), (7), (8), and (9) by means of the following actions were violated by Brett King:

o Fraudulently Advertising a phony rebranding of AAFM ® and creating a pirate counterfeiting company in China in violation of agreements and law

o Slander, libel and defamatory comments against members of the Founding Legal Board of Global Presidents and Standards

o Through fraudulent means the procurement and theft of the web domains and websites owned by the professional association such as www.aafm.org and www.aapmglobal.com

o Written claims that were not recognized by the board of standards

o Issuance of legal threats and warnings to speakers and partners of the founding body who did not cooperate with their offshore counterfeiting endeavors

o Copying and counterfeiting of AAFM Websites and Design and pirating fake documents in China and Arabia intended to deceive the consumer into believing it was authentic from AAFM ®

The tribunal requested the assistance of formal mediation and attempted to reach a settlement with former servant Mr. King who was our former webmaster for AAFM, teacher for IIR and servant of the membership and for several years worked as a servant to our vendor, namely, IIR and Informa as a paid coordinator and trainer for IIRgulf and IIRME.. Mr. King and Mr. Barings services from an unauthorized company were also terminated by IIR and Informa in relation to this complaint.  The AAFM maintains a valid copyright agreement with INFORMA where they recognize all US property and trademarks and copyrights.

Mr. King refused to cooperate and quit his job (we can provide his quit/resignation letter to anyone who wants it) , and he could not find a competent legal counselor to assist him with his case. Various lawyers informed the Tribunal they would not represent Mr. King and urged him in writing to seek binding mediation in the USA with the US Headquarters Offices where Mr. King had signed his legal confession and service agreements in the USA.  This legal confession signed by King has terms that apply to any morphing or offshoot band.

The tribunal informed Mr. King after he resigned and quit that if he would apologize publicly for his crimes and false allegations and representations and make restitution of the money that he had stolen from members from the sale of fake or illegal certificates in Asia, and cease the offshore certificate mill activities from websites theiafm.org and theiapm.org that these would be taken into consideration, but no such cooperation was offered. Mr. King and Mr. Baring was warned that he could not sell any fake shares or company stock to anyone after he quit and resigned in writing, but it appears that Mr. King has sold phony rights and unauthorized company stock again to several persons including Geoffrey Baring.

King and Baring are not citizens of the EU, USA, or China and do not abide by the laws of the USA or Arab States, but may from the country of Australia.

Taking into account Mr. King's prior sober service to our long-term vendors such as: IIR, the tribunal took no pleasure in imposing the following fees, sentences, and penalties:

• pursuant to the code of ethics and the charter of the society, Mr. King and Mr. Baring were struck off the membership register and any AAFM designations that they use after their name have been declared fraudulent.

• costs of $750,000 levied as a result of legal advice taken by the tribunal.  King and Baring may own more than 750 thousand US under the contract that applies to them, but this amount is what was designated by the AAFM.

• Copies of Mr. Kings resignation letter where he quit his job are available to the legal authorities. Copies of the IP & copyright agreements which forbid Mr. King and Mr. Baring from counterfeiting are available. Legal statutes in

Hong Kong and China make counterfeiting a criminal offense punishable by prison. Under PRC China HK Laws. Chap 200 Crimes Ordinance, Section 73, anyone who knowingly used false documents with the intention of inducing somebody to accept it as genuine, "is liable for a 14 years imprisonment term".

In addition, the Commission & Tribunal ordered publication of details of the Determination including the charges sustained and any penalty or costs added

Former Webmaster, Brett King, resigns and quits the AAFM ® American Academy of Financial Management International - All authentic Certifications and Documents must be issued from the AAFM ® USA offices. There are no exceptions

Former Webmaster, Brett King has quit and resigned his servant status with the Academy in March 4th, 2009 where he unilaterally forfeited any rights. The American Academy is sad to inform all global members of Mr. Kings Written and Signed resignation of his training position where he also confesses that he owns not of the AAFM property but still desires to pay for a license. and we notified IIR INFORMA regarding his termination as he was an employee of IIR. The formerly recognized Webmaster, King, no rights to use any AAFM® Board’s intellectual property. All authentic Certifications must be issued from the AAFM ® USA offices. There are no exceptions. Mr. King forfeited all rights to use the academy name in a signed and written Confession in the jurisdiction of USA.

Dear AAFM® Global International Members

This is a Mandatory notice to members as Required by law.

- For over a decade, The AAFM® Board of Standards and our accreditation council has been the official certification body of the Academy Globally. All authentic and notarized Certifications must be issued from the AAFM ® USA offices. There are no exceptions.  The AAFM Board voted unanimously to Fire and terminate any affiliation or  connection Brett King after he quit and was caught for incompetence.

In March of 2009, Brett King quit and resigned from his Training Position in Dubai and resigned any link to the AAFM ® Brand . We were sad to see Brett Quit and Resign in Writing. The AAFM ® Board then closed the offshore training offices in Dubai UAE and terminated the license to any offshore activity in connection to Mr. King or his unauthorized certificate printing. If anybody needs a copy of Brett's Resignation letter, we can forward this sad news along to anyone who needs it. Mr. King also signed a contract and confession in the United States where Mr. King is forbidden from using any of the AAFM Intellectual property or selling any similar goods.

Mr. King quit and was legally terminated from the training office after he quit in march of 2009. King's only claim or connection to the USA charter-founding offices was the "previously recognized" training office in Dubai of which Mr. King Resigned his position in writing. Thus, when Mr. King QUIT, he self-terminated all legal connection between himself and the Global AAFM organization and our global membership, and his Intellectual Property Confession Contract survives.

Mr. King’s termination and resignation was 100% complete because he resigned all legal association to the USA Founding Certifying Board. There is no legal link between Mr. King and anybody. Any false claim by Mr. King is completely rejected and flawed in international contracts law or international agency law because he quit in writing. Further, Mr. King signed an IP Protection Agreement i.e "A legal Confession", that he has no rights whatsoever to any AAFM IP, copyrights or trademarks.

Mr. King was never in any Founding Board leadership position or never a director of the US founding company, and Mr. King was warned and notified repeatedly that he had Zero rights to our AAFM intellectual property. To make things worse, the IAFM was created by AAFM Leadership in 2004 without Mr. Kings knowledge because he was not part of the brand leadership team.

Mr. King is free to work a new job and we wish him well with his fresh new book - BUNK 2.0.

As for any formerly recognized employees, here is a legal notice. Phishing, Fraud, Counterfeiting and Identity Theft are illegal and major crimes in most every country, and we again plead with offshore fraudsters to cease selling unauthorized diplomas to people in Asia, Arabia, Africa and India. We wish former employees the best.

With those 44 words Brennan captured the essence of freedom of expression, a principle born out of centuries of struggle.  New York Times Co. v. Sullivan
